“Family Time” is now Community Connection! While the name has changed, the focus has not: these activities, offered by our Children’s Education Director, are designed to help families remain connected to their faith, community and each other.

Christmas Around the World, Week 1 – Sweden!
Today is the official start of our trip around the world to explore the Christmas traditions of different countries. It's also the day of the annual inauguration, in Sweden, of the Gävle Goat! In honor of this unique tradition, that's where we'll start our journey.

Our annual Advent tradition of sampling Christmas traditions from around the world is set to begin next Sunday, but this year, we’re kicking things off a week early because today is Stir-Up Sunday!

Generosity is always focused, in some way, on meeting the needs of its recipient. Sometimes these needs are emotional, sometimes they are participatory, and sometimes they are material. This week, consider helping meet someone’s material needs by giving of your “treasure.”
